    Ronstar; et al,

The US doesn't make friends and influence people in the Middle East because the US is a beloved foreign power. All our allies are bought. They are not really allies at all, but a form of regional whores that sell themselves for US Dollars. As long as the US pays, they are our friend, just the very same way as a hooker is your friend and lover for as long as you can afford to pay. In many respects, that includes Israel.

    (COMMENT)

Drama Queen propaganda is of no use to anyone. And your "land theft and ethnic cleansing" comment is exactly that. You know as well as I do that Israel is fully aware that it cannot keep the settlements in the West Bank indefinitely. Oh, there might be some accommodation made for a few smaller settlements, but not without a equitable arrangement or similar compromise on the part of the Israelis. There is no real ethnic cleansing. The Israelis are not digging trenches and hacking Arab Palestinians up and building mass graves with their body parts. No Arab Palestinian is required to buy their bullet for execution. Hell, there are nearly 5 million of them. Security quarantine and occupation seems to be very conducive for their proliferation. Under those conditions they multiple like rabbits.

With minor adjustment, the West Bank will get back its land upon which Settlements have been placed. It is a matter of peace arrangements; which will include restitution, repartition, and claim settlements. That is, if the Palestinian is reasonable, wants peace, and actively enters into negotiations in good faith. AND if the regional neighbors don't attempt to scuttle the peace negotiations by inciting discord. Both inside the Palestinian Regime and outside the regime in the Arab League, there are powerful forces that have every reason to want the peace negotiations to fail.

There is no question that the Palestinian arguments on the right of self-determination is a desperate grip on the justification for three wars that followed. In 1948, even before Israel Declared Independence, the Arab Higher Committee made it clear that “The only way to establish partition is first to wipe them out – man women and child." And while the fractured leadership of the Palestinian regimes still has not reached and internal domestic settlement, they both still agree that "The Jihad for the Liberation of Palestine is an Individual Duty," through both the HAMAS Covenant and the Palestine National Charter. Even this year, it was made clear by a "SENIOR HAMAS OFFICIAL: THE RESISTANCE IS ENTITLED TO ATTACK ISRAEL'S EMBASSIES, INTERESTS, AND OFFICIALS WORLDWIDE -- AND THE INTERESTS OF ITS ALLIES, HEADED BY THE U.S.;" stressing the point that "There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad." (Article 13 Covenant) Both the Jihadist and the Fedayeen agree on this point. And they also seem to agree that Palestine is an "indivisible territorial unit" ("liberate all Palestine, from the river to the sea"). There can be no Israel. This was made clear in the 1948 statement by the Arab Higher Committee, by the Covenant and Charater, and the recent inflammatory states by Palestinian senior officials. What the don't agree on is who is in charge. HAMAS, although a failed regime, insists they are the duly elected government and question the legitimacy of President Mahmoud Abbas to broker any peace arrangement with Israel. Like the Partition Plan of 1947, a 2013 Peace Agreement may erupt in another war; possibly between Palestinian factions vying for power and control ("Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas does not have a mandate from Palestinians to make any concessions to Israel").

    Most Respectfully,
    R

Can you prove ethnic cleansing ? Do you know the meaning of that words ? I doubt that.

    Rule #2

Palestinians - their hatred is the cause to their misery.
