We here that VW has been duping the emissions testers with special soft ware.

The issue to me is much bigger. How many other companies are duping customers using special software?.

We expect our suppliers of all products to be honest. Is the VW case a special case or does the buyer need to be evermore aware as financial products become less trustworthy, cars are sold with software to dupe inspectors, hackers take money from our banks and credit cards?

i think the answer must be yes in this increasing use and acceptance of immoral behavior among our so called big business managers.

Have the unregulated emissions from a VW diesel fried your brain?

What's this to do with gun control?

Honestly, it's no big deal. Our emissions standards are too strict (some say they are designed to keep the VW TDIs off the market) for diesels.

How can this thread still be here? I heard that the total value of VW has tanked by 30%; from a total of $87B to somewhere in the high 50's. Should we be making sure that no VW execs or share holders have guns, since it's very likely that a big round of suicides are likely to come soon?
