What is not to like about Florida, where a white guy can shoot any black he likes on a public street and get away with it by claiming he was "Threatened".

I mean, what is not to like? You get to waste a black guy and you don't even get arrested and jailed. A Black guy who did the same would have been lynched by now.

I think many items that are listed are facts but in the OP it is stated the the law allows killing of blacks and should just say that it allowed killing of people , this law could be applied in many incidents, then the presumption that a black would have been lynched by now is not ringing true in my opinion maybe a statement like a black might be charge by now would be truer . If the OP disagrees please provide data on the lynching of blacks this year and last,

I hoped that the shooter would of been charged by now , the poor young man did not deserve to die this way , My heart goes out to the Parents and friends as he seemed like a good kid

When unarmed black children get gunned down in the streets by armed white men on regular basis, you might have a case. Until then you are simply exploiting a Child's death to fuel the imaginary case of epic racism in your mind.

It is pretty sick to exploit the death of children at the hands of megalomaniacs.

A grand jury should at least hear the case and decide itself whether to indict him.
