Warfare/Military Forum Moderation

I would just like to know how the Warfare/Military sub-forum is moderated. Every so often we get ridiculous threads that pop up that are extremely off base. Here are two glaring examples:

Granted, we in that forum have the propensity to run topics off course, but much of what is discussed still pertains to the military and/or warfare. However, these topics have little or nothing to do with either. This is really the only sub-forum I frequent and I do not want it to be the dumping ground of conspiracy theories and anti-military trolling.

 

Clean up this mess.
