I believe that you are completely wrong. Only U.S/Israeli forces have clever and intelligent bombs. They have never killed any civilians. They always kill enemy combatants. They never hit hospitals. If my memory serves me well there was a U.S Jew, a prominent member of the Democrat party who once said that 500,000 children killed in Iraq was a price worth paying. You do not defeat the enemy by giving them time to resupply, and rearm. This is nonsense and the radicals will not be defeated and killed out in their infestation until you keep attacking and killing them until you kill them all in an area.
