    http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...r-now-they-dont-want-to-vote-for-them-either/

What happened to the liberal mantra of, "If republicans keep being the party of no, it's doom and gloom for the GOP?"

    Hmmm, crickets.

I went ahead and read the entire report and what I found most interesting was the writer's puzzlement regarding why by about a uniform 6 point margin the Dem's came out ahead on people liking what they say about most issues but deciding either to stay home on election day 2014 (the Dem voters) or deciding very firmly to go out and vote for every possible Republican (obviously GOP voters).

But it's not really a mystery why the Dem plans get a 6 point favorability margin and that's because the overwhelming majority of news outlets TELL all voters that the Dem Leadership is always correct on everything, period. So you have the intellect hearing absolute crap regarding how great everything that's Dem in existence happens to be and then you have the sub-conscious snarling "Bull feces!"

In other words, despite leftwing journalists and pundits always pushing dem favorable memes voters instinctively know that the Dem president and the Dem Party leadership has been doing nothing but screw up and screw over this nation in every possible way for the last five years . . . and subconsciously -- if nothing else -- they are sick of it and are getting sick of the MSM lying to them about how wonderful things are.

The Democrats need a candidate from the Democratic Wing of the Democratic Party,
as opposed to the majority RepubloCratic wing.

I mean why settle for Republican lite ala Hillary & Obama & Pelosi & Feinstein, etc.
When you can vote for the real thing !

Currently my list of nominal Democrats who are truly from the Democratic Wing includes,
    Jerry Brown
    Elizabeth Warren
    Dennis Kucinich
They oppose the uber monied in favor of people and are made to look bad via commentaries, editorial and such.

If YOU truly believe Jeb Bush would be better for people than Hillary Clinton, or visa versa
YOU will never, ever learn. Witness the samenesses of Bush & Obama !

I would appreciate other names of nominal democrats who are in the Democratic Wing and not the Republican-lite wing.

    Moi :oldman:
    It's The Economy !
Billy may have said it but he was a Republican-lite too.

Funny how when a democratic poll shows bad news for the democrats, they remain silent and ignore the issue.

America gets Democrats, then it gets Republicans, then it gets Democrats, and on and on. The wheel keeps on turning as the country gradually goes downhill.

Most of the ABC/WP poll was about Obama...not democrats. Mid terms are going to be about ACA for the GOP not president Obama. No other issue matters.

So if the GOP runs against a lame duck President not much ground is going to be made up in the Senate.

The GOP needs a super-majority to even attempt to recind ACA.

If it doesn't happen in this mid term, the general election in 2016 is a humungous long shot.

You're overlooking the fact that Obama and his fellow Democrats are joined at the hip.
