Many people are under the impression (rational or not) that Carlson (b/c of his association with Fox) deserved it.

I (personally) would never advocate attacking Carlson.

But, it is what it is.

If he can't take the heat, maybe he should quit Fox.

 

Well, the main thing is that this minor incident is MUCH more serious than the reality of rampant right-wing terrorism.

There CANNOT be enough outrage over this.

If I had a son, he would look like Tucker Carlson's doorbell.

I have listened to Carlson, in the last year or so, and he sounds more like a classical liberal than a far right conservative. He has moderated his positions and beliefs over the years.

Point is, if you have to go after someone like Carlson, from the Left, you are beyond help, and are indeed destructively radical. Just listen to Carlson debate Cenk that was done recently at some political gathering. He and Cenk, a progressive, agreed on several key points. And it was a debate devoid of the negative things generally seen in debates from people who oppose one another ideologically. So, a positive and very enlightening debate, where character assassination just did not happen, from either side. Civilized, thoughtful and an example both the left and right need to emulate. A debate about ideas, not personal attacks and accusations. A bit rare today especially when it involves MSM.
