While the fact remains so it must be all within the proportionality. You even hear Biden tell that when addressing Israel. Not at first, but not at every turn. He is compelled to do so under international law when the other party is breaching it. And the idea to just starve over 2 million people to death, and deprive them from medical aid is beyond any kind of proportionality. Israel is also committing war crimes with their colonies.
