"We are all Muslim", or "We are Charlie"....which do you choose?

My posts have been very clear that Islam is equally as demented as the Bible is. Yes, the Islamic texts also say to kill gays, hence the death penalty to this very day (1400 years later) in many Islamic lands. Institutionalized hatred towards the roughly 300 million LGBT people in the world, who are basically hurting nobody, will end when people start to realize that the ancient "prophets" were not really "divine".

Much of what you speak of in the Old Testament is abrogated by the New Testament.

Just the opposite of the Koran with the peaceful and tolerant Meccan verses that are abrogated by the more violent and intolerant Median verses

They are Islamic fundamentalist. They follow a strict, literal interpretation of the Koran and particularly the bukhari hadiths. If a Christian dies because he tries to love his enemy and turns to them his other cheek when stricken, you could attribute some blame to his Christian religion. Because he was behaving as his religious doctrine commands him to do. Muslims doctrine tells them they are to "fight", "kill", "slay" and "smite the necks" of the unbelievers "until... religion should only be for allah". And when they do, you can attribute some blame to his Islamic religion. Because he was behaving as his religious doctrine commands him to do.
I would no more blame Christianity for some crazy Christian who kills a bunch of unbelievers( or lgbters) because he thinks he is commanded by god to do so. Than I would blame Christianity for David Koresh telling his followers that he was Jesus Christ and therefore the only one who gets to have sex with any of the women or girls in the Branch Davidian Compound. Even I as an atheist can take the words of the bible to demonstrate that both of their actions have nothing to do with their Christian doctrine of the bible.

I cant take the text of the Koran and hadiths to demonstrate that the actions of ISIS have nothing to do with Islamic doctrine. And they can easily demonstrate with their doctrine that they are doing exactly as that doctrine commands them. Islamic governance, the Islamic Caliphate applying Islamic doctrine as law, as it existed from 632 until the 1920s is a fundamental component of Islam. Sunni Muslims consider the first four Caliphs to be the "righty guided" Caliphs to be emulated. Within 80 years of Muhammads death, these rightly guided caliphs were waging violent jihad as far west as Spain and east as far as Afghanistan, subjugating nonbelievers and their lands to Islamic governance. ISIS is emulating the righty guided Caliphs.

 

What did the EU choose? The French chose to attack Ukraine, Syria, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia by assisting terrorists.
The terrorists that the French supported against Libya, are rampaging through Africa as well as Syria.
The geniuses in France that thought it was a wonderful idea to destroy Syria, Iraq, Libya, must also be willing to surrender France as well.
Perhaps that is why the terrorists in France had expensive machine guns, when all other Frenchmen are denied any means of defense.

Oh, and don't forget that the Talmu-Muslims have finally figured out that heaven is Europe in the here and now, teaming with lots of girls to capture and own.
