No no no, police are every where protecting us at all times. They were just on coffee break. Oh, and the theater was a gun free zone. So I guess the debate should shift to why the man decided to violate a firearms law in taking guns into the theater.
Actually, no thats not how its supposed to work. Justice is supposed to be neutral, objective, impartial. The legal system is supposed to presume innocence until proven guilty, The legal system is supposed to be beyond partisan and race politics. ZImmerman should have been arrested and charged with murder only if there was evidence of murder and all possibility of self-defense had been eliminated. There is no evidence of murder at all, there never was. Some degree of homicide is the highest he should have been charged with, but thats always been flimsy. The legal system has totally failed with the Zimmerman case. ZImmerman was thrown in jail, charged with murder despite a lack of evidence, subjected to sensational "leaks" and comments by the prosecutors. Media have doctored stories to make a political point. All because some big mouths in the race industry saw a chance to stir up a controversy and make political and personal gain from it. Every time evidence is made public, it backs up Zimmermans story. This isnt justice, its a circus.
And you know this how? In the same manner as you have weighed the comments on 1000 forums when, as yet, he hasn't faced a jury and the evidence by prosecution and defence has yet to be presented.
