'Weather weapons' used to protect oil (oil/coal main cause weather change)

'Weather weapons', when you hear this phrase you know that it must be propaganda (and it is) Chaning the weather needs extreme lots of energy, there is no way humans can build such a device or factory (think about video clip of Kate Bush - Cloudbusting, pure fantasy) The only big thing that is storing energy in mass in the atmosphere (weather) is energy in exhaust gasses from the billions of very inefficient (less than twenty percent) fossil fuel combustion engines, kerosine jet engines, millions of factories chimneys/power plants that blow high energy gasses into the Earth's atmosphere.
This (oil/coal) is the one and only 'weather weapon'. They use the phrase 'weather weapon' to defend their oil/coal, because that is the main energy this system/world is running on, and the people who are in control don't want to switch to alternative energy sources and hydrogen/electric engines/motors/factories to keep the world in motion and running. Oil and coal and uranium can be protected/controled, energy sources as geothermical/geothermical/tidal are everywhere and can't be protected/controled. No empire/invsions/war and oil crises (chaos) possible, this is why.

OK, so first you say there is no possible way for people to change the weather, then you say "except oil/coal". If what you are saying is true, that means it IS possible, doesn't it? And that it is possible to do it as a side effect-not even the primary goal. So you contradict yourself. Without even mentioning HAARP and things like that, have you ever heard of cloud seeding? Acid Rain? Sounds like human weather modification to me. What about underground nuclear explosions on a fault line? Could that not create earthquakes/tsunamis? Oh yes, nuclear energy- it seems we DO have a buttload of energy at our disposal. All we have do do is properly apply it.
