The upcomng jobs proposal will actually involve tax cuts, and the White House specifically outlined that there will be payroll tax cuts.

The first jobs bill was the porkulous bill. 800B. Worthless because the money went to Obama's interest groups rather than job creators. The House needs to pass it's own jobs bill. 1) Repeal Obamacare. (already done) Huge job killer 2) Repeal Dodd/Frank, the regulations are killing jobs 3) Defund the EPA, the EPA is a job killing weapon of mass destruction in the hands of the Obama administration. 4) Pass a bill that would allow US companies to bring trillions of dollars back into the country tax free with the caveat that 35% (corp. tax rate) must be spent on new plants/equip/jobs in the US. This would put an amount roughly equal to the porkulous bill into the hands of job creators and cost US tax payers nada, zero, nothing. It would be fun to watch the contrast of results!
