What are your Christmas plans?

Had a wonderful christmas, although I was in the kitchen with my mom yesterday night and today -- we were gossiping about how lazy my brother and sisters are. Haha. Lots of fun.

I mean... seriously, I was cooking my ass off... the least they could do is to volunteer to do the dishes or say how wonderful the food and wine was! I spent an hour and a half in the wine shop alone!!!

After I open up gifts, I'm going to hide in my man-cave (basement) for a little while, go over to my little brothers for turkey and argument, then go home and call it a day.

 

This morning (Christmas Day) I got up a little after 8 am, put on some music, then woke my partner. We opened the gifts in our Christmas stockings, then exchanged gifts from under the tree. In the afternoon we visited his mother and exchanged gifts with her. Around 4 pm we went to his cousins' for the Christmas feast, where we were treated to the drunken ramblings of one cousin's ex-wife (It's complicated).

Came home to find both of my sisters had called to wish us a Merry Christmas, so returned their phone calls.

All in all, a good day.
