In this era of insecurity, we never know what Biden is going to mess up next, maybe that's always been true, we can worry inflation could continue to go up, maybe after Biden's next war - Ukraine, Middle East, Iran, China, Etc., mortgage and other interest rates could keep rising. But maybe if we just focus on what we really need and really want the future will be less scary.
We visited relatives for Thanksgiving, but Christmas will be spent alone. Travel by air is a hassle these days, and the other relatives all live in the Northeast. Unless the dollar, gold and the financial markets all collapse, I am financially well off. Hyper inflation is a wildcard, but at the current levels, I can handle it. I wish I could say the same for other Americans.
Find someplace not already ruined by parasites, worthless bums, hyperliberal Democrats, stockmarket gamblers, and other human elements that ruin every society they're a part of. It really doesn't exist. Perhaps what I really want is a time machine that would transport me back to January 1981, when Ronald Reagan was inaugurated as President of the United States. Ah, what a wonderful, prosperous eight years those were....
I just really want the F-4E Phantom II and the F4U Corsair to be released for DCS. Other than that, I’ve got everything I need.
I would like to see the WW2 veterans reincarnated and back running the country. In the US there is a lack of consensus as to what is right and wrong. This imbalance is leading to a pyramid of oligarchs at the top rakeing in the cash through control of major industries, and a too-small base at the bottom representing those who work at tax playing jobs. The middle is the "tax consuming" sector: government, the federal, state, and local workforces, public assistance, and everyone else who's paycheck is derived from taxes. The schmuchs on the bottom are supporting the entire pyramid. But meanwhile the CEO's of America are ruthlessly squeezing every nickel they can out of the economy, and then boosting those nickels back up to the top, starving the bottom, but feeding the middle.
