Belief in a god seems to be nurture over nature. 96% of Saudis say religion is important to them and only 20% of those in Norway say that. So belief has a strong social component. I have a skeptical nature that is why, in the US, I am in the minority.

I am very much a liberal. I strongly disagree with identitarianism and group based rights and believe we should all be treated as individuals.

Good to see you too. I have been mostly in the politics and philosophy sections in the past few months, since the Interaktive fellow/bot started spamming this section and making is pretty unreadable to me.

Lord and Lady, the list would be long. There is so much that I disagree with as a Christian with regards to what others claim are to be Christian tenants. I disagree with many political views of both liberals and conservatives, that each side tends to accuse me of being the other. I am a firm believer is what others call supernatural or paranormal, or more frequently, false, although not necessarily as those things are presented (I believe in unicorns as a goat breed, but not as some creature with magical abilities/traits as an example). I hold a firm philosophy that just because it's not scientifically proven now that doesn't mean it won't be, or can't be, and that we hold an intuitive sense that allows us to perceive things before we can prove them. The list goes on. We'd need specific threads to go into more detail. I've got a bunch of ideas on what could well have happened with the biblical history context that are neither supported nor disproved by the Bible.

When I see people claim we live in a dictatorship and they are referencing the USA or Canada, I just think they have no idea what it means to live in a dictatorship.

You are one DRI, aren't you? JK.

Now to generalize. I don't believe because I am just a human. And Jesus said that believing (having faith) is as hard as moving a mountain. That it is OK to doubt things.
    There.
