Your other “proof” is an editorial by someone who doesn’t understand that this does not apply to all non-profits just to those who want to claim minority status as pointed out many times in the comment section.

I’ve pointed out before that people with a siege mentality are hyper-vigilant. They see danger to their social group when there is none. The irony is a lot of Blacks suffer the same thing, so you have to consider the evidence without prejudice. That is difficult, if not impossible to do when one is suffering from collective narcissism. Here is interesting reading on the subject I hope you enjoy.

Right-wingers have turned the meaning of racism on its head to rationalize their racism. They have defined any attempt to help a lagging demographic that is race based as "racist", while the rest of society defines racism as a negative bias against a race. Right-wingers seem to think helping another demographic is an assault against them, as you have illustrated.

I disagree with right-wing ideology no matter the race (see Nation of Islam). So there is my bias and its not racial. Only far right whites have that belief. They are victims and society is against them, as I noted before hyper-vigilant for any imagined racial slight (as was demonstrated). I think they can smell in the air they are losing their privilege.

 

That’s not false, it is a bill that requires a judge to take race into consideration and is unconstitutional pushed by a democrat. Whether you think it’s enforceable or not is irrelevant.

 

Your post is is an opinion that is wrong, the writer of that article understands it far more than you. Find me one law that limits POC anywhere. The only race being limited by law is whites. It’s racist.

The right believes that any individual regardless of race should be judged by merit not he color of their skin. When government or anyone for hat matter holds one back by race it is discriminatory and racist. If that view offends the left then just admit it.
