Trump took the list created by Obama...and imposed heavy restrictions on anyone coming from those states.

As I've highlighted in that article, the supposed Muslim ban still allowed Muslims from Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the like. Thus...labelling it a Muslim ban, is ridiculous and untrue. He wasn't punishing those states for being Muslim. He was punishing those states for harboring and training terrorists. Which is why they were on Obama's list.
