What role will socials issues in this elections

    In the past many elections were decided by social issues but more recently it has been more focused on the economics of the candidate to me the republicans this election have a lot of socially far right candidates such as Michelle Bachmman and Rick Perry and we may see a return to this as a key issue in the election.

    If history is any indication, something random and ultimately trivial will determine the election like gay marriage.

    We could be eating out of trashcans and some people would still be thumping Bibles on everyone.

    I would agree with you on that because little issues like theses will used by evangelicals so much that this will be the sole reason they vote someone
