In 2004, David R. Wilson was convicted and sentence to four year for raping a 14-year old girl. Now, he's back in jail charged with raping another 14-year old girl, the daughter of a girl friend, and with raping a two-year old girl, a niece. Both the 14-year old and the two-year old were infected with herpes and HIV by David R. Wilson. The two-year old required reconstructive surgery on her genitals. The two-year old was also infected with chlamydia. http://www.chron.com/news/houston-t...ender-accused-in-rapes-of-2-girls-5843973.php Assuming he's convicted, what sentence would you recommend? The previous sentence of four years didn't seem to help, did it? I would honestly like to see this man die in prison and I'm not sure I care how.
Death, obviously, is the only sentence that will keep little girls safe from him, plus he intentionally spread a deadly disease via rape.
It's pretty rare for sex crimes involve a two year old (pedophilia) and a 14 year old, but if he was known to have HIV and both victims in this case now have it, he most likely be in some form of custody for life. A good lawyer, probably appointed, will probably try to use some "mental decease" problem, but if convicted and being Texas, I think he will get life w/o parole. When you say "I'm not sure I care how", it probably means at the hand of fellow prisoners and in this case, he will probably be in isolation, for years.
