    Fish stew but NO coconut milk..

    It shouldn't be sweet.

    Prepare your base and let it simmer for 30 minutes..

    Dust any white fish with just a little flour and fry until nearly done.. drain and break up into the base.

    Charleston style.. You will love it.

    I gagged thinking about the fish stew... not my thing. :blankstare:

    The other's not bad, but I'd use a cut-up chuck roast instead of ground meat.

    Try this one on a cold winter's day. I add 6-8 fire-roasted, peeled, seeded & chopped poblano pepeprs (or Hatch if you can find 'em). Add a little chicken or vegetable broth for added liquid.

    Mmmmm, very tasty.
