Everybody in New Orleans, New Jersey, along Canada's Bay of Fundy, Holland and in every place in the world at low sea level should be very interested in this plan that is based on an ancient Islamic prophecy?!
The reason the governments of muslim countries dont do that is because that makes the Israeli-Arab conflict that much more complicated. It is much easier to get people on your side when it is only between two parties, according to the muslim governments its muslims(good) jews(bad) The second they do that the no longer have that leverage to indoctrinate the people they rule over.
