Name for us the year and model Harley you've owned.
Then Talk. I have yet to own a Harley but have owned over 10 motorcycles
in my life.I also have around 100 motorcycle mags dating back to 1998.

Jarlaxle is correct. However each HD dealer ship is different and I have personally known two families that bought local dealerships ie Bundys and Smith brothers. I remember when Smiths bought the dealership right as HD was tanking, they are rich now. Hey has anyone found me a servi car yet? Lol to donate to a good cause? My sanity? I am not a snob and will take any bike as long as its a Harley Davidson two, or three wheels. I did check into the pro stock motor that HD has dominated the pro stock world with, man that thing is 160 cubic inches of beautiful bullit art!

My 2nd bike was a mid-70's Triumph Bonneyville 750. It sucked big time.
It looked great but was a pain.It was a kick start and was hard to start.
    It also vibrated like crazy.
My next bike was about 7-8 years later.A 750 Suzuki sportbike. It was a
rocket. But it was like 32" of seat height.I could barely touch the ground with the
tip of one foot.I actually tipped the bike over turning around on a side street.
It wasn't the bike for me.
    When I got back into motorcycling { 1998 } I got a new Cruiser,a bagger.
A Kawasaki Nomad. It looked like the real deal.Had nice hard bags but were
side opening, which kinda sucks. The bike felt heavy and was sluggish and
handled poorly { cornering was tedious }. I rode for about 4 months
and traded up to a Honda Valkyrie Tourer and it's been all uphill ever since.
I traded the Valkyrie Tourer at around 10,ooo miles for my Rune.
At that time I decided to keep 2 motorcycles in my stable.I had the new
VTX 1800 also.Which I kept for 10,ooo miles and traded-in for the new
M109.I also had a Suzuki Intruder for about 2 years and did like.I think I put
just under 5,ooo miles on it.
No Harley's ... thank God. I mean, why tempt fate. The only thing Good about a Harley is
Not owning one.I highly recommend Not owning a Harley.
Except for the V-rod they are basically nuthin' but Overpriced Hype.
Like I told my Harley buddy ... I mean, let's be for real.
Harley have a model for almost ever day in the month.
That's just doggone stupid. That's just peer pressure advertising.

Name Your Motorcycles.NO ... a Scooter does not count.
I guess that means you can't really identify anything hereabout but Loose
    Lips and Beer Talk.
Which explains yer drivel. And personal attacks.Try attacking the merits of poor motorcycles
    from quality motorcycles.Unless that thought doesn't sink-in.

Hmm, let me look at the title. Yep, as I thought: says right there--"MOTORCYCLE".

You would not know a fact if it bit you on the scrotum.

dates { month and year }.

I don't read motorcycle magazines. Though a quick Google search shows that Cycle World, Rider Magazine, Road Runner, and Bike Mag (from the UK) all reviewed them.

Can I help you be wrong on anything else today, Fool?

Name for us where a Bergman was called or classified a Motorcycle.
I think you are making a fool of yourself. Now others can see you for what's
it's worth. Not very much in the world of motorcycling.
You can't even admit the obvious. You are thoroughly clouded by yer own
    bike bigotry and bias.

Suzuki, the company who makes them, calls the Burgman a scooter. If the wheels are as smaller than a 4 year olds bicycle, it's probably a scooter.

You mean like the Burgman 650, with its 15" wheels? The Piaggio BV350, with 16" front wheel? The Kymco MyRoad 700, with 15" wheels? The BMW C600 Sport and C650GT, both with 15" wheels? The Yamaha Tmax, with 15" wheels?

Yes, those would all be scooters. Hey, I'm not ragging on you for what you ride, everyone has their own preferences when they get on two wheels. I don't ride a traditional motorcycle either.

Scooters have floorboards and some models like the Bergman the engine
is almost entirely covered. That's the main difference. You can't see the
motor on a Bergman. No Motorcycle guy is going to crave that.
After all like I've been saying since I started this thread a Motorcycle is basically
all about the motor.Scooters often have brake levers on both handgrips.
You sit On a scooter like a chair and don't need to straddle like a horse or
motorcycle.Scooters are automatic twist and go and motorcycles have
    manuel transmissions.
Scooters are also worlds lighter.Meaning in an accident they can cause grave injury.
Just ask Talk Radio guy Mike Gallagher who hit a big pothole in N.Y.city
on his Vespa.Honda btw makes a nice scooter called the Silver Wing and
is the exact same weight as my CB1100 at 540 lbs.I bet it could probably
    outrun the Bergman.I heard things.That's it :
Way More Than Just a Scooter

Coming home from the big city the other day I noticed this Can-am Spyder
ahead of me.I thought ... Oh boy that guy again. So I sped up to try and catch
him at the light.I timed it about right.I got to the light just as it turned from red
to green and put my Evo { Mitsubishi Evolution } into 2nd gear.I got up to the guy
and passed at regular speed to see if he'd gun it.he didn't.So I gunned it
in 2nd gear as the turbo kicks-in around 4 grand. Then into 3rd gear.
Sure enough that Can-am F-head tried like the dickens to catch up.
The stretch of road was The best spot imaginable.I've used it countless times
to show off all my motorcycles. It's a divided 4 lane highway with thick concrete dividing.
The guy caught up to me because as I hit 110 mph I felt I was going fast enough.
I left off the gas and slowed down. That Loony Trendy just a kept a goin' like
some crazed bat out of hell.He seemed committed.Like maybe he was
in his 2nd childhood. But he was the same dude all right I raced months earlier.
And sure enough it was the same older bearded guy months earlier who thought
he'd teach me a lesson in the city.He gunned his Spyder when I was on my CB 1100
at one light and left me almost standing still. At the next light I taught him a lesson.
But it was a short lesson because at that light the cop station is off to the left about
a half mile. But it was the same dude.An obvious Trendy.Older guy with gray beard
and this look like he Owns the road with his Spyder.
As he passed me doin 110 I just slowed down having already proved my point
and no need to see cop lights approach behind me.Go that fast and guess what.
No ticket.Just hand over the keys and get in the Cop car for a free ride to jail.
But that loony Trendy just kept racing ahead of me.My Evo has a top speed
of 159 mph. I'll be keeping my eye out for that Trendy.
    And His Spyder

Actually, the Silverwing (no longer available here as of last year) is no longer the benchmark & hasn't been in a while. It's dated (basically, a 2002 design) and totally outclassed by the newer designs from Suzuki, Kymco, Yamaha, and BMW. Smaller engine, less storage, no standard ABS, single front brake...it's good, but totally outclassed.

So...does that mean the Honda CB400A or NC700x are "scooters", and the Genuine Stella 150 is not? Note that early Cushman and Vespa scoots ALL had manual transmissions. Idiotic.

My Burgman is 490lbs. A 650 Burg is 600+. A 650 Burgman is inferior to a Silverwing in almost every way. The Burg's performance is far superior, with an extra 56cc's (582 versus 638) and the sophisticated ECVT.

Do you EVER get tired of being wrong about EVERYTHING?

yes & no. Ducati are Not V-twins.They are 90 degree L-twins.
    A V-twin has anywhere from a 45 degree V-twin gap to 60 degree like
    the V-Rod.NOT 90 degree like a Duck.

I have no idea where you're getting that from. A V-twin is not limited to a 60 degrees, and the Ducatis L-twin is simply a name.

Honda makes a 90 degree V-twin in several bikes off the top of my head. The VTR1000 is a 90 V-twin. Suzuki makes the V-Strom. Aprilia makes a few V-twins that are 70+ degrees.
