Everyone loves to put chemical additives in their stomach for one purpose only. that purpose is: so big corporations can make more profit. Polysorbate 80 used to be my favorite, for some reason, I don't know why. Then later, liked the brain damaging qualities of MSG - monosodium glutamate. It's a dirt cheap way, for corporations to add flavor, and double their profits. Calcium Propionate - banned in European countries because it causes tumors. It's a good additive in breads, and N Americans just love it. Silly putty in McDonalds fries is another good one. It causes cancer. But my favorite has to be titanium dioxide - for color. Dunkin Donuts used to add it to donuts. Why they ever quit, I wonder? Is it bad or something? What's your favorite chemical additive? ..
