This isn't addressing my post. Marriage is being denied because one party is the wrong gender. Has nothing to do with being gay or lesbian. In those states, a gay man can marry a lesbian woman, but not another man. Gender discrimination which is precluded by the 14th amendment

Some humans DECIDE INDIVIDUALLY ,about being GAY or not .Most Know they are Homosexual.

Gay is NOT the same as Homosexual ,humans are born Homosexual in that they HAVE NO CHOICE,whereas to call themselves GAY is on par with calling oneself an Elephant.

I assume you call yourself "GAY",and that POLITICAL Definition is your Choice

Whereas you are despite what you may label yourself, a homosexual in your sexual attraction and that was determined BEFORE,you were born ,when you were in mummy's tummy or test-tube.

I notice whenever a pedophile (who targets opposite genders) straights have no problem condemning them. Why can't gays do the same?

 

Gays do condemn the pedophile. They also condemn the idiots trying to say that consensual sex between two people of the same gender is similar or on the same level as two adults of the same gender having consensual sex.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, if you cant tell the difference between an adult raping a child and two adults having consensual sex, then you shouldn't be allowed near children.
