Russia had 46,887,145 motor vehicles in 2017 according to wiki.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_vehicles_per_capita
Russia has a lot of highly fertile black soil country that is not good for roads but excellent for farming.
Have to mention Moscow it's self sits on top of an ancient mud volcano and the holes that open up in roads due the collapsing lava tubes can swallow cars. They must have a device now for detecting where the old lava tubes are and fill them in.

My windows 10 using Google chrome and Mcafee antivirus had no problems opening it, but I am posting from Australia.

You are correct. The article I was looking at was the number of cars they produce. Sorry. But the fact is still they only have a fraction of the number of cars on US roads. Ergo the roads get a lot less wear.

I don't know the situation in the US with funding road repairs but in Australia part of fuel taxes goes to funding roads so the less cars there are on the roads the less funds there are to maintain/rebuild those roads. The funding for the amount of wear may be not much different, don't really know. Suspect this may apply to Russia as well.

that just cannot be true, where's common sense? ditched completely?
to think, your local media is no better at handling data; same negligence towards details.
with temperatures ranging from +40C to -40C across Russia, its roads get lots more wear than elsewhere in the world.

I have my custom settings arranged to prevent sites from collecting certain information from me such as my location and some other things they have no business knowing. It also trips when a site wants to install anything on my computer such as cookies or trackers. It won't open a facebook page for instance but will ask me if I want to proceed. I never open them.

How pathetic does it need to get?

Russia isn't in economic tatters because they have paved roads and no potholes in Moscow? Who knew that this revolutionary new economic measurement would deliver a true picture of the Kleptocracy's economy. Imagine having free wi-fi and BMWs! oh my. Paved highways. The things you can do with per capita gdp of $10KUS.

Yes. It's them. Typical Chelyabinsk turtles. They have the instinct to conquer the whole world.

The Russians are making missiles that can wiped off by the US. And American fake GDP will not help protect the US.

But to discuss the fake GDP indicator is a waste of time. Even the inventor of the GDP term, Simon Kuznets, said that this indicator has nothing to do with the real economy..... You better tell about the greatest debt in the history of mankind.

    hahahahahahaahah! You are hilarious.

Buy I do agree russia is trying to building missiles that the US can wipe out. Nothing like accelerating megawatt laser development and deployment - the american military industrial complex should send a thank you note and nice cash bonus to vladdie.

Exactly. Your new missiles will be wiped out before local service members will complete fueling the damn thing. Your Sarmat is as good as an inflatable tank.

So what? This is a very good means of disguise. By the way, the US also has this. And Germany. And France ... all countries, where whose level of intelligence of the population of their countries is higher than the level of intelligence of the Ukrainian, have such means of camouflage.....But you do not think about it. Mind tension greatly depletes you and you write nonsense in the comments.

The Anti-Russia propaganda is ALIVE and WELL! It Lives! It Lives! Besides, you can tell that those dirt roads were being primed (cultivated) for paving.

Not really! The less roads, the more traffic. Anyway Russia's population is half that of the US, and it is their major problem. They started a homestead act the way we had, and are giving away free land to everyone of Russian and Slavic descent who to want to retain their heritage.
