The threads are way down..HERE ! :sun:
so ..Where is Ron Paul in Florida.

Didn't he win many straw polls there this last year ? :bored:
Doesn't he have overwhelming military support ? :gun:
    Doesn't he have a 50 state strategy ? :puke:
Doesn't he have the youth and independent vote ?
Doesn't he win straw polls among tea partys ?

Is Paul going to get above 20 % in Florida?

and If so..can he use Newts argument that all those OTHER non Romney votes would be his in the later states ?
Can finishing last win any Presidential race ?

    http://www.sunshinestatenews.com/blog/ron-paul-wins-another-straw-poll-florida

U.S. Rep. Ron Paul of Texas, who scored a straw poll victory in Pasco County earlier in the week, won the Hialeah-Miami Lakes Republicans and the Miami Young Republicans straw poll on Wednesday night. Paul took 67 percent of the votes cast followed by Mitt Romney and Gary Johnson. Sixty Republicans voted in the straw poll. Former U.S. Sen. George LeMieux beat out the other GOP hopefuls in the U.S. Senate race in the straw poll.

    Where's the straw now ?

    Maine ?

Yeah, why did it take so long for all those paul supporters to get the message that their guy was a loser from the get go? With a foreign affairs mind set like paul has, who needs enemies. Hopefully, we won't hear another word about that tired out old man.

Yeah...his foreign policy is a joke...I mean...who really wants us to concentrate on building our national defense up and declaring war properly...or going to war, winning and come home....that's preposterous!!

Spoken like a true liberal. Perhaps there's still time for paul to join the democrap party since he's in bed with all their foreign affairs positions.

It's a shame you are for letting the Government tell you they know what's best for your life. Perhaps someday you will open your eyes from the ignorance you live in.

Funny, if someone doesn't agree with you, out comes the "liberal card." Now blantantly blasting someone with a blanket prejudice moniker is something a liberal would do by the way. But I am sure you aren't liberal are you?

Anyways, what you are claiming him to be a liberal for, is merely what the constitution says to do. When was the last time you heard a liberal actually follow what the constitution says? For that matter, when was the last time you saw a liberal actually want to go to war that was declared by congress first?

And there is nothing with the foreign affairs policiy that Ron has with the democrats, or haven't you seen that the democrats start undeclared wars just like a republican?

No where in your rant did you mention paul's views on the maniac in Iran and his threat to world peace or more specific to his words to destroy both Israel and America. Paul would have us put blinders on and pack our bags and retreat from the on going threat in the Mideast. That sounds eerily liberal to me, not to mention a very stupid and feckless policy to push on the American people and on America in general. Nukes in the hands of a madman and or threats are not going to be accepted by a true leader of the free world; and as such, a paul presidency, or someone of his caliber is never or will never materialize here in America--land of the free.

I live in Florida, and of the conservatives I speak to an overwhelming majority are Ron Paul supporters. I don't think Paul can win here, we have too many older die-hard conservatives here who are suspicious of the libertarian agenda. But I think skipping Florida is a mistake as it will alienate the many supporters he does have, and it further erodes his failing momentum.

Paul has said many times that he doesn't want Iran to have a nuke, but there is NO evidence that they are making one. Nor was there any evidence that Iraq had any.

Why are you so against Israel policing their neighbors that are threats to their life? America holds Israel back from protecting themselves. Why must we be the ones to spend our money to protect people that can protect themselves? Sounds pretty liberal of you to keep giving handouts to those you think are less fortunate.

Kind of what you are doing don't you think? Ron is not "pushing" anything on anyone. He is being honest and allowing the people to VOTE for what they want. If we elect Paul, we know what he is going to do. I agree with him that we don't need to attack another 3rd world coutry that has zero ability to attack America based upon speculation.

Hate to break it to you, but American presidents are not the leaders of the "freeworld". They are only leaders of America. The world is NOT free from America to do what ever the hell it wants in other countries based upon lies, fear mongering and propaganda.

Land of the free....but not free to elect those that want something the country wants? Do you really think we are never going to have a person that sticks to the constitution like Paul does? Will we just keep going at this pace till we can no longer afford to bring the troops home from around the world cause the dollar is too weak to buy fuel. You are advocating to be like Rome.

"I don't think for a minute that if they got those weapons that they would dare think about attacking Israel. Israel would take care of them especially if they had no restraints from us. They would take care of them in minutes."

How is that considered putting his head in the sand? Israel has 300-400 nukes. Their military is far more superior than Iran's in terms of strength, technology and numbers. Israel would have NO problem taking care of Iran on their own. The president and prime minister of Israel have already stated they don't need our help with the issue....so why are we there?

Reread history from 1930 and then ask your self..
In what world does Paul live in ? WHY would Japan want to attack us..like we have 40 xs the military they had...Why would Germany develop a nuclear weapon during WW2 ..they wouldn't use it...
If Paul doesn't get 15 % in Florida he IS NOT what all you PaulBOTS said..electable.
Just because Paul is right about auditing the Fed doesn't make him right on defense..and world views.

The US Military at the peak of its own ability assembled around 12-15 million while the Imperial Japanese had roughly 6million. The Japanese struck the USA to launch a campaign in the Pacific for Oil... they needed it or their war machine would have crumbled. If you didn't recall they were already in engagements with the British & Chinese.

Germany was developing weapons because they were an Imperialistic Nation that was seeking Global Domination. Iran has yet to invade a country so your link to Germany & Iran is absolutely ridiculous.

Who cares what he gets in Florida? Honestly he wasn't even attempting that fiasco of who can spend the most. You know the people who get financed from the Mega Wealthy, Banks and Corporations that also finance Obama too because they're bought Politicians.

He is right considering we've created more enemies and more dictators across the globe with our Foreign Policy. If you don't realize that than you're obviously disregarding all of History that shows the US to be nothing more than Imperialistic Nation seeking to create hegemonic states.

Iran has yet to invade a country ?

    Embassy's are considered foreign soil.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Iran
on November 4, 1979, Iranian students seized US embassy personnel, labeling the embassy a "den of spies."[103] Fifty-two hostages were held for 444 days until January 1981.[104] The takeover was enormously popular in Iran,

Tens of thousands of Iranian civilians and military personnel were killed when Iraq used chemical weapons in its warfare. Iraq was financially backed by Egypt, the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf, the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact states, the United States (beginning in 1983), France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, and the People's Republic of China (which also sold weapons to Iran).

    End..

Killed 2 birds with one stone.

Iran has attacked foreign countries and Iraq used WMDS in other wars.
    Paul was wrong about both.

Do you know why Iran took the hostages? Because we overthrew their government to install the Shah...and then we kindly turned our backs on them...

    End...

Today Ron Paul is in my city speaking at CSU. Later he will be in Denver and Colorado Springs.

Don't fret he is always around and always winning.

Save the high drama and Paultard pontification.

I'm 60 years old and the government has never told me what's best for me. They've suggested it but the option is mine.

No. Al Qaeda and MacVeigh were responsible for those atrocities.
