Trump doesn't like immigrants. The Coronavirus was just the thing he needed so he could make it even more difficult to become a US citizen. We need a president who understands that immigration is good for America.

I'm sorry she's going through this. This was the last thing I think she would want to see. She's risking her life everyday and it's nice to know you're appreciated for all the work she's doing. This doesn't feel right at all. Like a slap in the face for all her work.

She's from Canada. It is kind of unsusual she was denied a green card in this situation.

I don't know the full story, but maybe she is not a citizen of Canada or was not born in Canada.

Doing a quick search, I did find one reference in an article that stated she was "Niagara-born". Not really sure if that statement is true, but if it is, then presumably she was born in Canada. Which would make her a Canadian citizen.

There might be some critical detail we don't know about.

It seems odd to have a story on this without addressing the reason the green card was denied.

Yea something is going on here. A lawful resident with that sort of education and training doesn't just get rejected without a reason. It could be something simple as a process issue like she filed the paperwork too late and an automatic denial kicked in or it could be something more complex like a national security flag.

And does anyone anyone think that photo of her holding a sign looks a bit odd? Its like it could have been photoshopped or something, the text is super crisp, just doesn't look right IMO.
