While we're all focused on Ukraine, what is Russia's new partner, China, doing with Taiwan?

    Where's the evidence for this?
    Where's the logic?
Is America's defense going to get more money, and if so, when and how much?
If we have WW3 then how do defense contractors preserve their assetts and share price?
How come nations like Germany haven't pointed this conspiracy out to the American general public?
90% of Ukrainians voted to leave the Russian federation - are these people being manipulated by Lockheed.Boeing et al ???
Are Jews involved with this conspiracy?
Did you read about this in the Protocols of Zion?
    Are the Rothschilds involved?

Putin is too smart to want to annex Ukraine. He saw what happened to the Soviet Union when they took over Eastern Europe and they had good reason to do that. Empire is too expensive nowadays. Welfare States have to take care of their people rather than loot and enslave them, conquered peoples are a liability, not an asset

But Sabre rattling remains a recognized and time tested method for governments to increase their hold on their people by calling for unity in time of war and giving them an excuse to further enrich their military at everyone else's expense. Even dictatorships need some sort of reason to subject their people to more privations or they will risk revolt.

The Rothschilds were always nothing but innocent bankers who long ago have gone into other fields anyway; next you'll be telling me that WalMart is trying to take over the world.

Of course 'no news' must translate to something big happening.

Those are defense contractors, they make money off military expenditures. The Rothschilds were bankers and WalMart are retailers; both very wealthy families having little connection to the military, (though Amschel bankrolled either Napoleon or Wellington he did that with his OWN money, didn't he?). It's a facetious comparison to make a point in any case, lighten up, willya.

With Biden in power, the Chinese have no worries. Heck, China could invade Hawaii and all Biden would do would be to send a strongly worded letter of protest, then give Hawaii to China.

Pick a line and stick with it. One day he is provoking a world war with Russia and the next say he is not doing enough of anything

You know, you can write presidents off, and then they surprise you. Bush had no choice but to act when 911 happened.
All America was waiting. To do nothing would have been the end of his presidency. Same with Biden no doubt - a Taiwan
invasion would be much more serious to America than Russia nibbling its way back into its old USSR. Taiwan gone would
give China access to its high tech stuff, including the chip fabrication. Taiwan taken gives China access to the Pacific without
going through the shallow water choke points. Taiwan taken sends the signal that all of Asia needs to forget about America.
And when it comes to the crunch, as it is now - the USA is preparing for get out of the Middle East and focus upon China,
and it would even get out of Europe to do this - this shows me that America takes China as seriously as it took Japan after
    1941.

China will likely make their move during Biden's 4 year reign of weakness and confusion

    Bank on it.

While we're all focused on Ukraine...no one is focused on the crime rate, the border crisis, inflation, the supply chain, etc. etc. That may be the answer to a riddle.

I am retired now, but I was an executive for Boeing, and later Lockheed, for years.I have the utmost respect for both companies. They are professional, patriotic, and people-oriented (especially Boeing in my experience).

The riddle is how do you juggle all these issues at once. It's super easy to handle the border crisis
or crime on its own - but then inflation might go up and the economy go down, for instance. Single
    issue people annoy me.
And isolationists annoy me. You simply cannot isolate your country, you are part of the world.

Biden should make a deal with China - recognize Russian Siberia as Chinese sovereign territory in exchange for abandoning aspirations for Taiwan. 8)

high tech is all about talent, and the talents go where the best job at. if china invade, all those talents just move to other place. as for FABS, without ASML china can't make 7nm below chips, at least for now. beside china already have ability to make 14nm chips via SMIC. china is just bid its time, and may not even invade taiwan if they can influence taiwan via soft power.

China's coming invasion of Taiwan is about 100 years and more of history, nationalism and power... not microchips.

Yeah, and I'll bet we're going to find out what China is brewing up for Taiwan -- just about the time that everything reaches a crisis peak with Russia over all this crap in Ukraine and throughout Eastern Europe.

My guess? Xi Jinping and Putin are in Beijing right now, putting the finishing touches on whatever their tag-team strategy will be... and make no mistake -- neither one of these men are fools (as contrasted with the gaggle of 'woke' morons we have running the United States today....).

LOL... Communists, be they Eastern European or from places like New York, California or ashington, DC.. see conspiracies under every rock. Sometimes they hire guys named Mueller to create endless false documentation about it... and sometimes they just get on social media forms and make wild allegations...

Ok... so we'll just watch the indictments flow about the Hillary and DNC lies... just sit and watch.
Oh... a master in history? LOL... That's why I have a certification to teach high school Physics in California. When I lived in San Diego, California was up to its eyeballs in "fluffy" degrees like history, philosophy and "Women's Studies" but had no one to teach math and science. They called me up in desperation and I taught Physics for a couple of years jut for fun.
A business degree? LOL... that's what underachievers get in a vain attempt to make money. The real money is in engineering where you can design and build things. I worked for guys like Boeing and Lockheed after I retired from the Army. Engineers ran the show. We called the finance folks "beancounters" for that is all they are.

Don’t be so hard on finance people.
I started as an accountant, learned programming at work, and now write software for financial systems. The pay is nice too! 8)

My SUPERWIFE is a finance guru. She's a CPA, JD (attorney) and EA (Enrolled Agent) with the IRS. She's even been invited to do some financial autopsies for the FBI. I really don't have anything against finance folks at all. I love one. But obnoxious folks do vex me. Sorry I offended you. No offense meant.
