Whistleblower: Obama Received Financial Aid As a Foreign Student

A whistle-blower from Higher Education Services Corporation in Albany New York came forward and advised Attorney Orly Taitz that she personally reviewed Barack Obama’s financial aid information, which stated that financial aid was given to Obama as foreign student and as a citizen of Indonesia.

In the original case there were over 100 pages that documented that Barack Obama was a citizen of Indonesia at the time he attended Occidental and that he has used fraudulent means to secure Identification.

However, Superior Court Judge Charles Marginis ruled in favor of Occidental College and denied Taitz’s motion to force them to produce Obama’s college registration forms.

Kathleen O’Leary, the Chief Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeals, then re-instated the appeal.

In Taitz’s press release she writes, “Additionally, Obama failed to submit the Appellee’s brief in Taitz v Obama, Feinstein, Emken. This is an appeal, which was reinstated by the Chief Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeal Kathleen O’Leary. Appellant Taitz filed her Appellant’s brief.”

 

Because when he applied to the college he was technically an Indonesian citizen as well as a US citizen

 

Nah- there is no evidence that Obama was ever a citizen of Indonesia. He may have been a citizen of proto-Kenya when he was born and up until the age of 21, but never Indonesia. Remember, this is just another claim by crazy Orly- how much of it is her imagination and how much of it is her gullibility, we will probably never know.

 

Obama's step father was Indonesian. Under their law Obama gets automatic duel citizenship till his 18th birthday. So unlike so much of the birther crap doing the rounds, this might actually be true, and legal

 

Well I am no Indonesian lawyer, but I don't think so. Soetero was never Obama's legal father, from what I have heard it was pretty much the opposite, that Indonesian law didn't allow for him to adopt since Obama was already 6 years old- and the State Department has said that Obama was never an Indonesian citizen.

Think all you want to. Some people actually think that the earth is only 6000 years old. They have better documentation for that belief than you for yours.

 

Only Indonesia believed that, because it is customary in a lot of countries to just cover the wife and children of the wife under the passport of the husband who is a citizen. It has no validity under US law.

 

It is absurd that such a case was ever heard. Crazy old Orly probably filed in a way that required the college to give her access to information beyond whatever documents needed to be completed to file for such benefits.
