South Africa could have been stupid enough to follow the same doomed path as happened in Zimbabwe when the whites decided to have a CIVIL WAR against the blacks. The whites lost and that civil war ENDED BADLY for the survivors. It turned the entire nation of Zimbabwe into a basket case.

However South Africa had the ADVANTAGE of HINDSIGHT as to what had happened to their immediate northern neighbor. They also had the advantage of great minds like those of Mandela and Tutu who found a way to AVOID a civil war in South Africa.

Instead they come up with a PEACEFUL COMPROMISE and a CONSTITUTION that PROTECTS property rights.

Had you bothered to read any of the links that I provided you would have discovered that the ANC government intends to ABIDE by the Constitution and no whites are "threatened" by what is currently being proposed.

Those were only the ones who were killed while in detention. How about those were imprisoned for opposing the odious apartheid regime? How many of them died in prison?

the South African government has openly stated without ambiguity that they are seizing and taking land from white farmers without compensation and giving it to black people.

It is not land sitting empty or not being utilized or government land it is private farms owned by white people.



to make matters worse the majority of people receiving this land are ignorant of proper farming techniques. They do not rotate crops or irrigate properly and as a result the land is quickly destroyed and made worthless within a couple of growing seasons. the result is a dwindling food supply and more famine.
