No circumstantial evidence is evidence that is circumstantial. Nothing is suspicious about holding a bottle, however given the circumstances of being an agitator in a protest where bottles are being thrown by agitators adds up to yeah sure was probably throwing them.

Earlier you were defending antifa saying essentially that their means are justified by the end. Now all of the sudden you want to proclaim this agitators innocence. So which is it? Is antifa right and assaulting people okay because their end is in your opinion noble? Or is violence and destruction of property wrong?

Well fascism is a form of dictatorship. Fascist agitators are people who want that forms of dictatorship.

I would say antifa is more along the lines of cultural Marxists agitators. With a deeply socialist political viewpoint. And that is really the closest thing to a Nazi I can think of.

So I'd say they are Nazi-like.

There is a term for it. It's called dehumanizing.

Once you can suggest that a certain people aren't human, or at least not the same kind of human you are, that can remove empathy for you're own species thus making it easier to enact violence against them. It's interesting that it's exactly what the actual Nazi regime did to convince party members to slay jews.

No, you prove that I did take a bus. You prove that I do live within travel distance. We have video and photography evidence that she was there and she admitted it. So it's already proven that she was there.

That can be true but it is also necessary to look at the specifics. Many people didn't enter debate with dictators or question their ideas. They just killed them. Then you have posters on this forum who won't debate, won't discuss, and won't reason anything out with those they oppose. They just accuse and call them names.
