Nobody has yet posted anything that's truly worth replying to. The one individual whom I did reply to was posting 'one-liner' type posts that only serve to create a flame fest. I myself reported those posts, and will continue to do so whether the poster in question is liberal or conservative.

I stated in the original post that my intent was to document, and for a specific reason. It's not so much my intent to rehash the arguments found elsewhere throughout the forum. I'm perfectly fine with other members discussing the topic layed out in the original post, and will do so myself, but I refuse to engage posters who have no real intent of actual discussion. And, as stated, I'll continue to report posts which appear to be nothing other than an attempt to derail discussion or flame.

Odd that you assume these are the facts when it is the owner of the bar. Alarming that you think it should be tolerated.

 

I think you should look at all violent crimes and not just those that a prosecutor decides to prosecute as a hate crime.

Certainly wrong in believing they should be tolerated. Probably wrong in thinking the owner of the bar goes home drunk. Certainly wrong in simply presuming he was, without any evidence.

Since the topic is regarding victims of crimes. You should be looking at statistics for violent crime, not statistics on hate crime. If blacks beat the crap out of a white guy, its kind of irrelevant if the prosecutor decided to prosecute it as a hate crime or not. The guy is still beaten regardless
