"We are still the country that produced George Wallace. We are still the country that killed Emmett Till." By Jamelle Bouie http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/politics/2016/11/white_won.html He has it all wrong. Trump's support is an anti-immigration movement, in large part. It has nothing to do with blacks. Get over yourself. I, for one, predicted more than the modest 2% gain in the black vote that Trump received, but I predicted a gain. It wouldn't have been possible if the author's viewpoint is shared by a lot of blacks.
He picked up some black votes and some Latino votes compared with the average Republican. Something the left said wouldn't happen. But yes, a lot of non-white minorities are going to be very anti-white for a while.
Blacks have largely been anti white for awhile now. They are consumed with this incorrect idea they are owed something, and are mistreated by whites. They have been brain washed and further cement thier ridiculous ideology by surrounding themselves with reverse racism...or whatever you want to call it. "I've never been more afraid for black men...this is crazy". A snap chat of a racist black person projecting his own racism, while purposefully attempting to feel the victim.
Here's a dandy from the article: "The age of Trump will be an age in which police can act with impunity."
this is the white mans country, it was founded by white men and defended by them, the sooner we realize that the better off we will all be.
The statistics just don't add up to this idea the police are the bad guys. Indeed there will be a storm of violence when certain blacks lash out, but it will pass. I'm still hopeful blacks will learn to let go and not blame whites for all of thier problems.
I sincerely hope things will get better in poor black areas. And you wait and see, because he's not an ideologue, there will be government programs designed to get people working.
Are you saying that votes by white people are invalid? Isn't that racism? It constantly amazes me how selective the left is in their use of words; it's always "immigration", never "ILLEGAL immigration". A path to citizenship has been in place for many decades since the last suspension of LEGAL immigration. This path involves filling out an application for LEGAL immigration, not just walking across an unguarded spot along the border. How limited do you have to be that you don't understand that?
