Who caused the downfall of Donald Trump?

The only reason the 2x impeached loser ever became president was because he ran against someone many disliked in 2016.

 

He still is - basically he only opens his mouth to exchange feet and once you cotton on to the fact that he will blame opponents for what he himself is doing then he is the most see through person opinion the world

 

And a lot of that dislike was manufactured around record keeping - and look it how that has turned out

Which is one of the reasons they will be pushing towards opening up. I am a cynic and I am betting you will see a flurry of legislation being passed in the next few months. The build back better bill will be broken up and given out piecemeal now they have made the point that Republicans are obstructing initiatives that people want,

 

Trump is not a fool. He's a very accomplished con man. It was easier to keep under wraps when he wasn't a household name. Plus, in his own businesses, he could just fire people for blinking too many times and there wasn't much anybody could do about. Now, he's left a trail of bodies and it's harder to hide them.

He tried to do damage control by conning his supporters into thinking anything negative about him was "fake news" or everybody was jealous of him. They don't know they are being conned.

He's still getting millions $$ a MONTH in donations and has not used a dime of it for "election fraud" lawsuits. He even took extra money from donors' bank accounts unauthorized. Some of them didn't have money for their rent or medications and he ingored the complaints until a judge FORCED him to refund them.

Five Capitol police officers are dead and hundreds injured. He ignored frantic pleas to engage back-up and he wouldn't do it. He hasn't helped any of them or their families either. He won't even say those 5 officers' names.

He hasn't helped any of that mob that has been sentenced to prison. His legal team had to FORCE him to even read that speech disavowing them. He hasn't said anything about them in 13 months and only mentioned last week (or the one before ?) that he might pardon them to sucker people into re-electing him on that.

That's the same lie he spun before the holidays about making China pay for unleashing the virus. He was praising Xi left and right and up and down all the while Xi was blocking investigators from even seeing the Wuhan Lab. Trump is working for Xi. He just has his marks (con man's targets) believing he needs another 4 years to clean the swamp. He IS the swamp and the Swamp Creature.

Yes, he's stupid on just about every subject, is functionally illiterate and a jack@ss, but he is NOT a fool. He just knows his one skill (cons) very, very, very well. He's had 400 years of practice. He should.

I'm not so sure much will get done because of the Senate and it being an election year. I can't imagine why Democrats didn't break up the legislation in the first place.

same reason the right could not get any bills passed, the far left - the right had the same issue with the far right

the reason this happens is dems need every last vote in the Senate, and the far left won't vote if they do not get stuff, and the conservative left won't vote if they do get that stuff

it's a divided Congress, it is what it is - and until the far left or far right get this, they will prevent anything from passing

Oh that? Right word at the right time. Not so much insulting as using the right words to describe the situation. Trump is a fool because the fool makes fun of the world and it’s rules. The people in power alongside him are idiots for having learned the wrong lesson from mockery. They’re not insulting so much as how
I understand the words. They’re not moral condemnations, just reflections of why they failed.

 

Fair enough. Its just another example of how he is an accurate reflection of the average American. Those who act like him are why we deserve him. Sad.
