It stands a reason to point the finger at the Perry Camp. They have the most to lose if Cain continued to gain momentum.

Obama and the DNC. Since it has been Politico and Allred it smells like Obama and democrats to me.

 

The lemmings on this board can't seem to accept that it is just possible that the persons behind these accusations are actually women towards whom Cain behaved inappropriately.

Give the conspiracy hallucinations a day off and consider that he just might be guilty. Personally, I don't know, not having read the documents, but there are people here who would rather blame Perry, Obama, the new world order, or little green men from Mars than accept that Cain might just have really done it.

Someone needs to point out that high profile CEO's have to settle matters like these pretty regularly

Perry, Palin and Bachman all had their moment in the sun..

The public was hopeful re: Cain and wanted to get to know him..

Now they have.

 

Leaving Romney....the man who has the best chance to beat Obama...and I can't understand why righties are wanting Cain to be the guy. He's gonna self destruct just like Perry, Bachmann, Palin, O'Donnell, Angle, etc....

 

Of course he will.. .. He's very shallow and certainly can't make the transition from business to public life.

Thought you knew that sexual harassment was a civil matter that is handled with settlements and gag orders.

 

I don't think it is Obama or the DNC but I do think it is liberals who don't want to see a conservative, black man in the White House. He doesn't fit the mold of the liberal black man that they want to see.

Something I noticed a couple hours ago at his press conference addressing the issue (finally), was his statement... There will probably be more (accusations/accusers coming forth), but there is no truth to them.

*sigh*

Although, in my opinion, there may be merit to the idea that the Perry camp started all this. He will likely have the most to gain from it (within the GOP).

Yet another is... perhaps this is being fanned by the Dems, to deflect from the disastrous situation the economy is in, thus taking focus off Obama for a while.
