Project for a New American Century was a think-tank based in Washington DC founded by Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Perle, and Paul Wolfowitz. Unquestioning support for Israel, a greater defense budget, and the overthrow of Saddam were among its key goals. Simply put, PNAC was(is) the reason we are in the Middle East and the body that basically 'designed' some aspects of 9/11. Members included Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, and ever our former puppet President, George Bush. Their whole goal is global domination through strategic oil 'reserves'. 9/11 fit into their plans very nicely.
