White collar criminals. They steal much more from the worth of the rest of us. Petty criminals are just taking pennies. White collar criminals are taking tens of thousands. White collar criminals make it so capitalism works worse. They effect the entire tapestry of capitalism. Petty thieves just take a little from us. Now, if you were saying petty robbers vs. white collar, I would say the petty robbers take more, but that's because they are using force.
