Okay, I'm freaking triggered by this. I'm triggered by how we're thinking about this election as a country. Trump wearing a mask, makes a difference how? I thought he was this impotent loser that no one should listen to and was majorly unpopular. If so, his wearing a mask or not wearing a mask should make no difference.

But, wait, it does? He has a voice? Which is it, either he's impotent or he has potent as the President. As a country, we need to resolve this first and foremost before we even think of anything else regarding this election. This hypocrisy has been irritating me and I can't stand it anymore.

Secondly, how could the President fix the logistic issues? China hoarded up all of the medical supplies, the other countries need supplies for themselves, then we need sufficient supplies for our 320 million person, 50 state union! I do think the fact that we've had 50 million tests done thus far is actually impressive.

Democrats got into a frenzy about the 'defense authorization act'. As though the POTUS could willingly suspend the 14th Amendment and get certain sectors to basically be in indentured slavery. (Of course, all of this has noted the President's being correct on our need to be self-sufficient and bring things here. But he wasn't alone, I called for it as soon as I joined this forum.)

But while the POTUS has been constant on that position, Joe Biden has been an appeaser to Chinese interests. Who do you think is more likely to oversee the continuation of rebuilding our domestic supply, the man who is beckoned to the Chinese or the guy who told them to F off?

If people want to elect the pro-Chinese puppet, fine but don't pretend he's an upgrade on anything meaningful to deal with the coronavirus or our domestic strength.

 

We see the same thing every election. The GOP is finished! it's just a way to try and suppress the vote. Make people believe their candidate can't win so they won't bother to go out and vote. For as long as I can remember every republican in every election for every office was going to lose in a landslide and when was the last time the left didn't predict the republican party was on the verge of being extinct?

 

No, I'm not and never will be. Mussolini was right about democracy. It's the corrosion of all men, the ruination of all States and it has finally laid waste to this one. The last 8 years have revealed the truth about the democratic system as the most corrupt of all possible governments.

On March 10th I came up with a RANGE of 200,000 to 2 million deaths DEPENDING upon HOW the response to the Pandemic is handled. Four days later the CDC came out with very SIMILAR estimates to my own.

Right NOW we are just under 150,000 deaths and with the mortality rate at 1000 per day we will go OVER 200,000 by the end of August.

Seems like it DOES match my claims.

Anyway, this thread is about groups of voters abandoning Trump for Biden. In the current environment I can easily see that happening.

On another thread, someone (@Egoboy ?) put it in different terms: can anyone imagine people who voted for Clinton, voting for Trump this time round? I don’t see very many making that switch. On the other hand, you wouldn’t need very many anti-Clinton voters (who voted Trump last time) to switch away from Trump in order to change the EC.
