Why are there not many good movies on netflix? I don't want to pay for it bird box 2018 evacuation 2020 adam 2022 project it's better to read Harry Potter and The Shawshank Redemption
I've been told that streaming services vary from nation to nation. Have you tried using a VPN? That will supposedly allow you to access all the movies Netflix offers to all countries (I havn't tried it, this is just what I've been told). But also Netflix has historically had a problem with wokesters within its corporate structure protesting certain content that isn't politically correct, which leads to a limit in what they offer. Harry Potter, for example, is 'anti-Trans' because the author thinks a man isn't woman. I dunno if Harry Potter is on Netflix or not...
We stopped paying for Netflix because we weren't finding anything to watch. Now we have Youtube TV and our fiber service came with MAX and additionally we have Amazon Prime----we always find something good on the tube or in the library. Plus--Pluto and Tubi and other free streaming services are available.... That said some shows I'd love to watch are on multiple streaming stations for additional 7 dollars a month and its frustrating to not have access to those but I'd be paying the big bucks to see them all...
Are there really very many good movies made these days? Bought the Oppenheimer CD, and thought that it was a great film. I thought that as I was viewing it that you really needed to know some history of the period to truly appreciate it, however. As for the rest, when Barbie is best alternative you can offer, you know the dumbing down of America is in full swing.
I've got Amazon Prime and Netflix and I'm OK but not overjoyed with the programs and movies available. The worst problem with Prime is that when there is a program or movie that really looks promising or has good reviews, it's one where you have to pay EXTRA for it or get sucked up in some 'trial' membership with one of Amazon's content provider partners or some other bunch of crap. Oh, an now you get hit with commercials more and more often with Netflix and Prime and newcomers like Freevee, at least Freevee really is actually free.
I didn't like Barbie and Oppenheimer I watched it on Ukrainian streaming better, Mario and Little Mermaid but, it is for children not intellectually either
I think netflix (as well as other streaming platforms) has produced some top shelf content but they are just too quick to pull the plug on some shows and contracting a season at a time can make it harder to get some of the better performers to sign onto a project.
A real good example of what you're saying is the way the Netflix just quit carrying "Babylon Berlin". Everywhere else this series went for four seasons, but Netflix only carried three of them. And now Netflix has announced that it is going to drop the first three seasons also. This is crazy since the series has been a smash hit everywhere. https://tvseriesfinale.com/tv-show/...flix-three-seasons-leaving-streaming-service/
There is plenty to watch in Netflix, but I saw a good one last night on Amazon Prime. It's called Oppenheimer, - the story of the Manhattan project. Good actors too. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oppenheimer_(film)
