Outside of Rawar people I don't think anyone of any race admits to being racist. Sometimes people admit to prejudices but everyone is prejudiced. To deny that is to deny science since that is simply how our brains function.

The one drop rule is an archaic legal standard not a basic principle of biology. Obviously any individual with parentage from two populations is a mix of those populations. You are confusing biological and legal definitions of Black.

I've heard it before and I think it sets a bad precedent to say that one must have power or be a member of a group that has power to be racist. If you look at the etymology of the word it was simply meant to label Nazi policies and like-minded ideologies. Anyone can be racist and there are varying degrees and forms of racism. Certainly skin color variation is heritable but if we look at skin reflectance as a category we find that populations with different skin colors cluster in to discordant geographic clines.
