All I hear is Trump supporters crying about Biden stealing the election. Where do you read these complaints.

I just said gen z shouldn't have much to complain about.

No one has mentioned Trump or Biden and that's nothing to do with diversity.
So, back to the question, how are black people being restricted then?

    Same thing restricting Russians?
Piss poor leadership maybe...what's that got to do with anything.

The only thing that is suspect, is your emotions about who actually benefitted from apartheid rule in the US.
People like Biden and Trump both enjoyed apartheid rule in the US till they were well into their college years. That entire generation has flat out benefitted from apartheid rule to enrich themselves while the black community was pushed into severe poverty. And you can see how this is playing out. Hunter Biden got a nice job as a CEO in Ukraine earning fortunes in an industry he had no clue about while Jared Kushner landed his butt in the White House. The opposite happened to those who were born from parents who were made to sit at the back of the bus. This will take generations to even out, not just decades.

you got just a silly ol' opinion not founded on any source, while I got scientific proof, linked to Bloomberg.
And you've conceded to this, by not being able to put up anything against it, besides your silly ol' opinion.

Uh yeah. They prove people who use ethnic black names on resumes get discriminated.
3 universities dug that one out. Your opinion about it, is like reading a quack on facebook having silly opinion about covid.

    Yes and no.

Indeed. There are billions of Asians living in Asia. And the lucky few who struck it rich send their kids over to attend prestigious colleges that cost a fortune.
Roughly 15 million of them are US citizens while born in Asia. And roughly an other 15 million Asians live in the US on a visa.
These people aint of the same block of poor and unskilled Latin American's trying to jump the border.

An other poster finds it weird that Asians, where millions fly in backed up by a massive wealth does it better then African Americans who legally were pushed into severe poverty.

Have a look at Biden. He, just like Trump, benefitted from apartheid rule personally. You really are going to argue his kid, Hunter, would have done it on his own 2 feet? He got his career handed to him on a silver platter thanks to dad, who benefitted from apartheid. Let's be clear about how it works in the US.

Really? So what does diversity mean specifically? What statistic would show that we hit our goal of “diverse”?

Has there EVER been a call for diversity in a group which wasn’t majority white?

That's what many of these people don't understand.

Just because the civil rights movement ended legal discrimination, doesn't mean discrimination ended.
    It just went under ground.

And by the time the civil rights movement made discrimination illegal, the black communities had been pushed so far into poverty, in the best case scenarios it would take a few generations to pull out of it.
But, those that grew up discriminating blacks, still did so and that meant blacks movement out of poverty hadn't started.

And to this day, black communities are still some of the most impoverished areas in the country. As the country that put them into poverty, has done little to raise them up from poverty.

No see I have sources. Sources which looked at ACTUAL hiring and didn’t make assumptions about why someone wasn’t picked by their resume like your source did.

Everyone who has worked in the corporate world knows it means employees should accept people from different backgrounds (as in different race, color, ethnicity, language, nationality, religion, gender, socio-economic status, age, and physical and mental ability). Such training has been around every since I remember, and its a total non-issue.

Obviously I would want some sort of evidence that 15 million foreign born, but now American, Asians, were rich before they came to this country.

You seem to be talking about tolerance. Not diversity. Those are two different issues.

No, I am talking about diversity. Tolerance is a party of it (the part which you struggle with).

I sourced 3 universities who studied this, and it got published on Bloomberg who all blast that people already get discriminated with just their name on a resume.

People read resumes first, interview them next, and then hire them.
Ethnic black names do not get a fair chance in getting that interview to begin with.
    That's a scientific fact.

And you can say no all you want.
It doesn't change jack about my source.

    https://www.researchgate.net/figure...-the-USA-by-level-of-educational_tbl1_7505960

Among the doctoral graduates in science and engineering in the USA in 1995, 79% of those from India and 88% from China remained in the USA.

    These post docs aint cheap.
Them immigrants paid their way with the wealth of their family.

I've met a few Chinese who came to this country who weren't rich and none who were. Just see who is working in Chinese take-out joints. Their children study hard and do very well.

Black kids work very hard too, it's true, selling drugs and protecting turf.

Wow this is bad! No 15 million, No proof that they're rich, no proof they're American now. You literally failed every single point you tried to make.

    Begone!

    Hogwash.

Life would be very boring if we all believed, acted, and looked the same way. Besides, how can we tell each other apart.

Such as the Irish never forgive, the Germans never forget, and the English are always arrogant?

you mean like that type of cultural clash?
