You obviously did not bother to read that article. The Chinese middle class has equaled that of Japan and South Korea. I watch CCTV news and there are reports which confirm this on a daily basis. It is time for you to take off the right wing blinders and so to see the Truth for yourself.
It's strange that you somehow call me right-wing; I'm more centrist, but in any case, overpopulation is a real threat; it can happen at any time. But my solution is not to harm anyone in order to achieve what would be desirable. The solution is to not let impoverished people reproduce beyond their means.
Even more strange is why anyone needs to resort to using profanities that are deleted from the board. Such language is totally unnecessary as this is an issue that can be discussed rationally. As for the real solution, all it takes is for a society to build up its infrastructure as Washington and John Quincy Adams wrote. Build up industry, build up agriculture, improve access to markets, and refrain from foreign wars. This is what they said. This is what we and other societies need to do.
