The federalist papers, written by 3 of the founders who signed onto the constitution, are admissible in any United States court room as proof of what our "founders", only 3 mind you, intended the law of the federal government to be. I have done a lot of research on this subject since that person told me that. In essence, the federalist papers are the law of the land, the constitution, just a brief summary. At least that is how the United States government today views them. The Bill of Rights is actually the 3rd installment as to the basis of modern federal power, so the least powerful if reviewing all to make a decision as a broker of federal power.

    Til the Last Drop,

The SCOTUS ruled in its 1969 Brandenburg v. Ohio decision that an individual cannot be imprisoned for merely advocating ("calling for") revolution. Whoever told you that you could be imprisoned for mere "advocacy" is dead wrong...

Well, I would like to look it up, but wikipedia is blacked out right now because of legislation congress is passing as we speak. You know, the kind of legislation that both parties will "magically" agree on. And as long as republicans refuse to acknowledge this 2 headed, one party insult to choice and representation, nothing will change. But by all means, keeping talking trash about Paul.
