Not made up. A goal of the wokesters.

Hundreds of university professors slammed a 'woke' math movement that eliminates calculus in favor of social justice principles, saying the curriculum leaves children unprepared for higher education and puts the US at a global disadvantage.

The missive, titled 'Open Letter on K-12 Mathematics,' was published December 6 and signed by 746 math teachers and professors, including many from Ivy League schools.

The letter takes specific aim at a proposed curriculum in California, called the California Mathematics Framework, which seeks to shift away from rigorous math courses to help close the achievement gap faced by underprivileged students, specifically those that are black, Hispanic or from low-income families.

So, you cloak a conspiracy theory website to prove a that it's not a conspiracy theory?

The source of your conspiracy theory is a lying conspiracy theory website.

WTH you trying to pull? :roflol::roflol::roflol:

And I would never use MSN as a source of legit info either.

A website that won't even tell you what they are about? What the purpose of the website is?
Who is the sponsor of the website? Who is funding the website?

Come on, Do you have a legit source or not?
Another conspiracy theory website and I'll deem you have nothing to back this claim up.

What excessive regulation caused you to lay off people? OSHA and min wage requirements? Not being able to hire illegals?
Pro choice, may be damaging to society in your opinion, but that's just the price of freedom. Having government control whats decent is authoritarian, and anti bullying campaigns are a good thing. Education of Americas history is not race baiting, its education to prevent the past from repeating itself.

The Dems were right to get us out of Afghanistan. Thats not delusion, that's reality. Or we would be dealing with this Russian mess at the same time. Thank goodness for Biden, because America would not have remained America with Trump still in charge. Based on his supporters desires, Russia would have been able to walk all over Ukraine, with their support, all the while attempting to dismantle NATO, and the world would never have known how weak that nation truly is. As soon as Putin issued his threat, they were all ready to cave instantly. And Trump praised that moron Putin.

:roflol: Good luck passing off Trump as the face of the alternate choice. No dice.

Then present some evidence that AA has not worked.

Women in particular have had great advances since the start of AA.

Gays are now able to marry. Get living quarters and not be fired from a job due to AA.

    So, explain how:

Thomas Sowell is a black man, so according to your philosophy, you should accept his inferiority as a given and dismiss his arguments as unenlightened because he can't possibly process on an intellectual level equal to an enlightened liberal like yourself, right??

That would further support the Yale Study that concluded white liberals dumb down their speech specifically for blacks because they view blacks as intellectually inferior.

You leftists are so charming ;)

:roflol: So many words to say nothing. What regulation forced you to lay off people?

Fuel prices?? You claim to know about basic economics, yet fail to explain why in a global market, xyz American oil company should sell you crude at a lower price than its exported for?

That's right we are still exporting, it's not a regulation issue, people are just willing to pay the asking price genius. Sounds to most like you just can't run a business. And want to blame it on government.

May god have mercy on your soul if you think you're gonna prosper during the republican recession.

There are certainly bad people in both parties. Voting dem does not make someone a bad person. Studies have shown a genetic connection to ones political party. These people have a genuine concern for society and that concern is exploited by politicians to gain/maintain power.

Viewing them as bad people is nothing more than emulating them.

Dems believe in positive government. That is to say, government should be doing something about just about everything.

With that overly naive allowance baked into their worldview, they are easily manipulated into turning the foxes loose in the henhouse.

Our government is out of control, our currency is debauched, our society has been ripped apart, our schools are garbage, the family unit has been destroyed, etc, etc.

And they still don't get it. More hair of the dog!! More spending, more government control, more racial divisiveness, etc, etc.

At what point do rational, honest people say enough is enough??

Very true. I live in Los Angeles and see the results of dems "positive government" firsthand. Most of their support is in the form of opposing Republicans. They have good hearts and bad eyesight.

If you vote for a party in which 82% of them support affirmative action, which is explicit, actually systemic de jure racism against white people, you are very much a bad person, no ifs, ands, or buts. Supporting a party that is openly racist against white people and supports a legislative framework to carry out said racism should not be something that any decent human being should just accept by saying, "Well, they just want to better society. I'm sure they're good people deep down." To quote the childhood aphorism, "No buts, not nuts, no coconuts."

Afirmative action is restitution for the years of suffering caused by jim crow laws, not racism.

If the restitution is to racially discriminate, it's still racism, no ifs, ands, or buts. The word "racism" does actually have a meaning. It means "the systemic oppression of a racial group to the social, economic, and political advantage of another." Notice that its meaning is not "the systemic oppression of a racial group to the social, economic, and political advantage of another, unless, of course, such oppression is against white people as a form of restitution." If it was, then you may have a point. But it doesn't, so you don't.

I'm done responding to you on this thread, Cybred. I am not going to make fully developed post in which I cite the actual definition of racism, only for you to regurgitate what you just said, without any supporting evidence. You're just wrong. Additionally, I believe a poster on this forum once said of Democrats, "They want inequality with blacks on top and whites on the bottom," to which you replied, "Yep, paybacks a bitch ain't it." Therefore, you apparently agree with that statement.

Hey, @Doofenshmirtz , is @Cybred a good person, or are they just a kindhearted person who is misunderstood?

Good people do bad things. Smart people do stupid things. I agree with you on these issues, but they really do believe they are doing the right thing. Just like Reps believe the war on drugs and abortion laws benefit society. Results show otherwise, but they still support it with the best of intentions.

Not to mention that "restitution" (a wildly inaccurate characterization) is nothing more than theft.

I'm white, I grew up in poverty just as bad as most blacks. Public "assistance", drugs, alcoholism, homelessness, jail... where's my "restitution"??

A just society, a just people, a nation of laws - does not take from one group or person and give to another just because they bitch really loud.

Stop having kids out of wedlock, stop blaming everyone else but yourself for your problems, get yourself informed, and take responsibility for your life.

Oh, and for the love of sanity - stop voting for Democrats!!!!!
