Bees, wasps and other insects are social creatures, with all contributing to the good of the nest Wolves, elephants and many other mammals are social creatures. They take care of their sick and injured, bring food for the elderly and so on. Cats, on the other hand, are solitary. And who the heck likes cats? Even the most radicalized right wing fanatic would allow money to take care of orphans, the elderly, the crippled and other such people. Those are all socialist tendencies. Of course, there will always be those like the 1930s German National Socialist Party that euthenized the less able. Is that the "natural" way to do things?
If you will shift the question to "why do you think socialism is so good?" I will answer in the affirmative to nearly every question.
1. Promotes equality with everyone, except the elite few, equally poor. Consider the USSR, Cuba, and Venezuela. 2. Shares wealth by having thugs with guns take what you've earned and give it to the guy next door who has a career involving drinking beer. Only socialists consider taking by armed force as sharing. The only honest method of "sharing the wealth" is called gainful employment. 3. It lifts no one out of poverty but does give you a lot more company so you don't "feel" so poor. 4. It places no burden on the wealthy. They move. 5. It's unAmerican. Isn't unAmerican just a euphemism for socialist? 6. Promotes universal healthcare. Not really. It does promote government control of your life in all respects and it will guarantee that in the two-tier system promoted by socialism, you'll be in the bottom tier.
