I'm saying they pick and choose what to cover on the basis of how many people will watch.

@fmw mentioned it and sounded familiar to me. I recall hearing about it a while back. @fmw, do you remember the details?

No. It has been going on for years in hundreds or thousands of primary schools. The source is the parents of kids who have reported it to them. I've watched them on TV. Nobody needs to believe it if they don't want to but I can't imagine a parent inventing it.

People are now promoting the media hold back info and not report all details of a crime? Interesting.

Why exactly is the name and picture of the piece of human waste relevant?

How does it make them money by saying the shooter's name?

Right, and the result is pro-Democrat.

How would it be "clickbait?" It's not as if on mainstream media websites it says: "click here to discover the name of the shooter."

Killings get more clicks apparently, our culture loves a good murder. Look at all the murdering that goes on in Hollywood or dramas on Netflix, ppl can't get enough of killing it seems.

You said "when it's suspected the mass murder was racially charged, they'll generally state the race, since that was a motivating factor and part of the narrative." Does the same apply to racially motivated black on asian violence?

The "less important" the story is to the reader, the less info they require. I'm not sure ppl would care what the races were between two ppl having a drunken fight at 2am that resulted in a few bruised egos

I'm talking about black on asian violence which has been DEEMED racially motivated by the police. These are random attacks in broad daylight, not a drunken brawl at 2am.

Not always. But why do you suspect that these attacks are not covered, or if they are, why the race of the black perpetrator is not mentioned?

Maybe because they're minor skirmishes with a few bruised here and there. Readers aren't interested in street fights, no click value for the MSM to dig any deeper than perhaps a small column.

I mean do you really want to read about what Joe biden had on his sandwich today? Papers are looking for murder and death because that's what the public love to read about.

Imagine this scenario: a white guy with some anti-black social media posts drives through a crowd of black people and kills a bunch of them. Does the media report the race of the killer?

    It's really very simple (IMO).

Politics takes precedence over all else to the left. Doing their small part to help prevent mass shootings isn't even close to as important as pushing their political agenda.

Sure, but how does providing the name and picture of some worthless piece of human waste mass shooter help them to push their political agenda?

Yes, especially if the driver then got out of the vehicle and started eating the victims. It's a mass killing, most ppls favourite topic. They want as much info as possible because sadly, our culture loves their serial killers.

Exactly, there's no question about it. Now what about if it was a black guy with some anti-white social media posts who's drives through a crowd of white people and kills a bunch of them. Does the media report the race of the killer?

Well for one they hope he fits the profile of someone who is on the other side, or at least close enough so they can spin it that way.

Otherwise, they won't promote that particular mass shooter or shooting.

When did The Daily Wire implement this policy? It took me less than 10 seconds to find them talking about and naming mass shooters. Sounds like bull ****.
