It's not even left-wing media such as CNN and NBC. Fox News National also ignored it! It is 100% a LOCAL NEWS STORY! Why is that when so many other racial crimes are NATIONAL news stories? What is going on here exactly?

I'd be curious if the FBI would report this as the obvious hate crime it is. Because they seem to have an extremely high bar when it comes to black on white violence.

No. Thugs are thugs because of how they behave, not the amount of melanin in their skin. Though just looking at the ratio of blacks in prison vs. blacks in the overall population does point to a serious behaviorial problem with (at least) American blacks, but that may be more cultural than racial. I don't know if it still happens, but when I was going to school, any black kid who did well was called horrible things by his/her fellow blacks. "Race Traitor", "Acting white", "Uncle Tom", and more.

At least in that context, it ain't the white man keeping the black man down, it's their fellow black men.

As for the topic of this thread, I don't think it's so much that crimes against white folk don't get enough coverage, especially nationally, after all in a nation of 330,000,000 people, there are homicides on a daily basis. It's more that crimes (or perceived 'crimes', like the lady who rented the bike and has the receipts to prove it) get blown up by a media who has an agenda to promote as much division in the country as possible in the name of ratings, and the combined political agendas of the members of the press, their management and owners, who are overwhelmingly leftist. Given that the pursuit of ratings is ultimately about the pursuit of profit, that they are leftist would seem to be something of a conundrum as the left hates profit in general, but thems the hand we've been dealt, for reasons that I do not at all understand.
