Why have Justin Timberlake's tweets caused so my outrage?

In response to a BET speech he tweeted:
“I forget this forum sometimes . . . I was truly inspired by @iJesseWilliams speech because I really do feel that we are all one . . . A human race"

He later tweeted, “Oh, you sweet soul. The more you realize that we are the same, the more we can have a conversation. Bye.”

From what I've read he's viewed as a white guy who got rich off of appropriating black music but isn't willing to acknowledge the uniqueness of blacks and their culture. I guess "human race" and "we are the same" did not go down well with some people.

It makes sense once you listen to the full Jesse Williams speech.

The "human race" and "we are the same" phrases are terrible clichés to address what Williams' was saying imho.

Was Justin Timberlake being a Racist or using Racist views ? or is it that the OP just does not like him ?
Even if Justin was a complete Piker / Tool, so ?

I don't think he was being an intentional racist. I think some people didn't like his tweets for the same reason saying "all lives matter" is offensive to some- it draws attention away from the Black Lives Matter movement and the fact that blacks are more likely to be killed.

Oh that is bull poop, either a person is Racist or they are not, equality has been the issue, there are people that do not want bigotry and yet do not want people to like them either, and that is insanity.
