It is oft cited that gays are 3% of the population. So why is the leftwing of the MSM so gay? Maddow, Cooper and Lemon most come to mind. I dunno. Gays are often in arts and communications like fields, so maybe more gays are attracted to those kind of jobs. Or maybe news organizations want to hire gays to fit some sort of diversity quota.
Gays are far more likely to apply for positions where they don't need to worry about intolerance or unwelcoming co-workers. they are also more likely to come out in such an environment. This is probably about a combination of both.
What is meant by "so gay"? If "obviously gay" is meant, I'd say the other posters gave good answers. If a more general meaning, such as there are more gay people in the left media, is proposed, I'd say we don't know that. It becomes speculation.
