Why not imprison Syrian refugees instead of granting them protection?

When a person steals in a store he goes to prison. When a group of citizens driven by a purely economic motive starts a civil war and destroys their own country, shouldn't they be kept responsible? Don't forget that their undemocratic and tyrant government has entitled them to every possible human right there is and some stupid of them even admit that everything was good before the war. Just imagine the frustration of these men, women and children if the conflict ends, Assad goes and they are made to return to Syria? Their 'innocent' children would be the first ones to grab the weapons, had they only access to them, to protect their right of living in Europe!

Basically what the caliphate jihadists want to do...

... is replace Assad's mafia system...

... with their own mafia system.

And so what? How does this relate to thousands of well fed, well clothed, medium income, shameless individuals arriving in thousands and abusing the asylum system, as a result of which genuine refugees have to die? All these mafias are a fiction. You can create your own jihad right now in your room or in your community; what you can't create out of thin air is economic prosperity, because it takes years of hard work, and Syrian parasites well understand that! The very fact that most of them don't work and have families with many children testifies that Assad's government is a very humane one, because with a normal government they would have died of starvation. It's the same as it was in Lybia where people were mad as a result of high level of living.
